  • This is article 2 of 8 in QR Order and Pay: Basic Setup. We recommend following the articles in the right sequence to set up QR Order and Pay for your business.

  • If you have already completed some steps, you may proceed to the next steps.


Store Settings

1. In BackOffice, look for Settings, click on Stores, and stay on the General Tab.

Note: If you have multiple stores, you can select the store of your preference to adjust the settings.

2. Input all required information that falls under the General Tab.


Add a Google Map Address

1. In BackOffice, go to Settings, then click Stores.

2. In the general tab, you will find the Google Map Address Location field. Insert your store's address and make sure to choose from the search results.


Setting up Kitchen Stations

Kitchen stations are mandatory to setup for using QR Order and Pay to ensure all the orders are printed.

I. Default Kitchen Station

1. To set up Kitchen Station, at the BackOffice, click on Settings which will take you to the Account page.

2. Click the F&B tab, then scroll down and look for Kitchen Station, input your printer name, and hit Enter.

Note: Setting a Default Kitchen Station will automatically assign the particular printer to all products

II. Assigning a printer to a specific product

1. At the BackOffice, click Products, which will take you to your list of existing products

2. On the desired Product page, scroll to the bottom and look for the Kitchen Station section.

3. Check the box and select the designated printer for the product; then click on Save.
