Chat with us live from any of the following platforms:

Via the BackOffice

1. Log in to your BackOffice at [accountname].storehubhq.com using your browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Safari).

2. Click on the chat bubble on the bottom right of your screen.

3. Tap Send us a message - or search for an article to find answers.

4. Select either Point of Sale (POS) Hardware & Software or Beep Delivery based on your issue.

5. Start chatting! Use the paper clip icon to attach files, pictures, or videos.


Via the StoreHub Manager App

1. Download the StoreHub Manager app via Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

2. Log in with your StoreHub account name, email, and password.

3. Click on the chat bubble.

4. Tap Send us a message.

5. Select POS Hardware & Software or Beep Delivery.

6. Start chatting! Tap the picture icon to attach images.


Via the Android & iOS POS System

1. Log in to the StoreHub POS System on your Android. Tap the menu button, then select Support.

2. Click on the chat bubble.

3. Tap the Messages tab at the bottom, then tap Send us a message.

4. Select Yes I Am if you are a StoreHub merchant.

5. Select POS Hardware & Software or Beep Delivery.
