1. Key in your BackOffice URL [accountname.storehubhq.com] using your browser (e.g Google Chrome, Safari).
2. Log in to your BackOffice with your email and password.
3. Click on the Chat bubble on the bottom right of your screen.
4. If you want to start a live chat, tap on Send us a message. You can also look for answers yourself by searching for an article.
5. If you choose to start a live chat, select either Point of Sale (POS) Hardware & Software or Beep Delivery based on what issue you are facing.
6. Start chatting!
You can use the paper clip icon in the reply box to attach any files, pictures, or videos to help our team provide you with better assistance.
Contact Us via the StoreHub (SH) Manager App
1. Download the StoreHub Manager app via Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
This allows you to manage your StoreHub account anywhere, with just your mobile phone.
2. Login to the SH Manager App using your StoreHub account name, email, and password.
3. Click on the chat bubble.
4. If you want to start a live chat, tap on Send us a message. You can also look for answers yourself by searching for an article.
5. If you choose to start a live chat, select either Point of Sale (POS) Hardware & Software or Beep Delivery based on what issue you are facing.
6. Start chatting! You can insert images in the chat by clicking on the picture icon to help our team provide you with better assistance.
Contact Us via the Android POS System
1. Log into the StoreHub POS System on your Android. Select the menu button and then select Support.
2. Click on the chat bubble.
3. If you want to start a live chat, tap on the Messages tab at the bottom.
4. Then tap on Send us a message. You can also look for answers by searching for an article.
5. Select Yes I Am if you are a StoreHub merchant.
6. If you choose to start a live chat, you can select either Point of Sale (POS) Hardware & Software or Beep Delivery, depending on the issue that you are facing.
