This article shows where to order thermal paper (receipt paper), how to get barcode label rolls (sticker rolls), which paper size fits each printer model, and where to buy a new receipt printer or label printer. You can also use paper rolls from an office supplies store, as long as they are thermal paper in the correct size for your printer.

What Size Thermal Paper Does Your Printer Need?
Thermal paper size depends on your printer model. Order the size listed for your model, not a general size.

Note:
StoreHub printers are thermal printers. They do not use ink or toner. If receipts print blank or faded, the cause is usually the paper or the print head, not ink
Where to Buy Thermal Paper (Paper Rolls, Receipt Paper)
Malaysia
In Malaysia, order thermal paper from StoreHub Deals Club at dealsclub.my. Deals Club is StoreHub's own online store for merchant supplies, so it is a StoreHub channel, not an outside seller. Choose the roll size for your printer model from the table above.
You can also open Deals Club from the side menu in the StoreHub Manager app.
Deals Club may list more than one type of roll, for example an economy roll and a premium roll. Any of them works with your printer, as long as it is thermal paper in your printer's size. If the roll you want is out of stock, choose another type in the same size.
Thailand and the Philippines
Where you order supplies is different in each country. Contact StoreHub Support via live chat in BackOffice or the StoreHub Manager app to ask where to order thermal paper for your country. You can also buy from an office supplies store, as long as the roll is thermal paper in the correct size for your printer model.
Where to Buy Barcode Label Rolls (Sticker Rolls)
StoreHub's supported label printer (sticker printer) is the Bixolon SLP-DX220. It prints barcode labels on thermal label rolls, so it does not use ink. Label rolls come in different sizes. Before you order, contact StoreHub Support via live chat in BackOffice or the StoreHub Manager app to confirm the label roll size for your printer and where to buy label rolls in your country.
If you already have a label roll, check the size printed on the roll or on its box, then reorder the same size. That way the labels still fit your printer and your barcode layout.

Yes. Any type or brand of roll works, as long as it is thermal paper in the correct size for your printer model.
4. Does the printer use ink?
No. StoreHub printers are thermal printers, so they never need ink or toner. The print comes from heat on the thermal paper.
