This article covers how to sign up for a BackOffice account, log in, and change your language. It also explains which browsers work with BackOffice, why keeping your browser up to date matters, and what happens when StoreHub support needs to access your BackOffice to help you. Use this guide when you are new to StoreHub or when you need to get into your BackOffice.
Before You Begin
Use a supported browser (see the table below). Older browsers can cause broken layouts, login issues, or slow performance.
A stable internet connection.
If you have already registered and paid with StoreHub, your Business Consultant should send you a unique sign-up link. If you are requesting a demo, you need to sign up from the StoreHub website.
Step-by-Step Guide
Check Your Browser Version
BackOffice works best on supported browser versions. Using an older version can lead to broken page layouts, buttons or forms that do not work, blank login or dashboard pages, slow performance, or security risks.

To update your browser, use your browser’s built-in update option or visit the official site for Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox.
Sign Up for a BackOffice Account
Choose one path below.
If you have already registered and made payment to StoreHub:
Your Business Consultant will send you a unique link to create your BackOffice account.
Example of link format: https://secure.storehub.com/register?h=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Open that link and follow the steps on the page.
If you want to request a demo:
1. Go to www.storehub.com.
2. Click 'Get a Free Demo' to sign up for free.
Create your account:
1. Fill in the required information (business name, business type, contact details, and so on).
2. Enter a domain name. This will be your unique URL to access BackOffice later (for example, yourdomainname.storehubhq.com).
3. Submit the form to create your account.
Notes:
Avoid using symbols in your business name.
Your account name and domain name cannot be changed after you create the BackOffice account.
Log In to BackOffice
1. After you complete sign-up, you will be taken to a login page.
2. Enter your email and password, then sign in.
Alternatively, go directly to your BackOffice URL (the domain you chose when you signed up).
Format: yourdomainname.storehubhq.com
Example: if your domain name is storehubthebest, your BackOffice URL is storehubthebest.storehubhq.com

Change Your Language
1. In BackOffice, click on your name at the top right of the page.
2. Select 'My Profile'.
3. On the Account Profile page, find 'Language Preference'.
4. Select the language you want from the dropdown list (English, Simplified Chinese, or Thai).
5. Click 'Save' to complete the settings.
When You Contact StoreHub Support (Disclosure)
When you reach out to StoreHub for help, we may need to access your BackOffice to view the right details and investigate the issue.
We do this by creating a temporary "Employee" in your BackOffice, so we can help you. Your BackOffice information stays secure and protected. This does not cause data leakage or change your current BackOffice settings.
You can remove our Merchant Care representative from your BackOffice 'Employees' list at any time. We recommend that you do not remove access until the issue is solved, so we can finish helping you.
Troubleshooting

FAQs
1. Can I change my BackOffice domain name after I create my account?
No. Your account name and domain name cannot be changed once the BackOffice account is created.
2. Why does StoreHub need to access my BackOffice when I contact support?
So we can see the same screens and settings you see and fix the issue quickly. We use a temporary Employee access that you can remove anytime. Your data stays secure.
3. Which languages can I use in BackOffice?
You can choose English, Simplified Chinese, or Thai in your Account Profile under Language Preference.
4. I updated my browser but BackOffice still has issues. What should I do?
