Buy a POS Register or Tablet in Your Country
Malaysia
In Malaysia, you buy a POS register from the StoreHub merchandise store at merchandise.storehub.me. Check the store page for the registers on sale today and their prices, or contact StoreHub Support via live chat in BackOffice or the StoreHub Manager app to order.
Thailand and the Philippines
In Thailand you buy hardware at merchandiseth.storehub.me and in the Philippines at merchandisephilippines.storehub.me, or you can order through StoreHub Support via live chat in BackOffice or the StoreHub Manager app.
Use an iPad as Your POS Register
iPads (7th, 8th and 9th Gen) running iOS 15.1 or newer work as a StoreHub POS register, but StoreHub does not sell iPads, so you buy one yourself.

Buy a Barcode Scanner or Label Printer
Barcode Scanner
In Malaysia, StoreHub sells the VT-2DW scanner on the StoreHub merchandise store at merchandise.storehub.me. The scanner works over a USB cable or wirelessly.
For an iPad, the supported scanner is the Socket Mobile S700, which connects by Bluetooth. StoreHub does not sell the Socket Mobile S700, so you buy it yourself.
In Thailand and the Philippines, check your country's StoreHub merchandise store (merchandiseth.storehub.me or merchandisephilippines.storehub.me) for the scanners on sale today, or contact StoreHub Support via live chat in BackOffice or the StoreHub Manager app to order. The Philippines store currently lists the HPRT N102 USB handheld barcode scanner.

Label Printer
StoreHub's supported label printer is the Bixolon SLP-DX220. To print barcode labels with it, you export your product data from StoreHub BackOffice, then design and print the labels in LabelArtist II on a Windows computer or LabelArtist Web on a Mac.
In Malaysia, order the Bixolon SLP-DX220 from the StoreHub merchandise store at merchandise.storehub.me, and in Thailand from merchandiseth.storehub.me. In the Philippines, contact StoreHub Support via live chat in BackOffice or the StoreHub Manager app to order a label printer.

Additional details such as connection methods (LAN cable, USB) and compatible POS devices for certain printer models may also assist users in their selection. Xprinter models connect to the POS over LAN on iPad and Android, or over USB on Android, not over Bluetooth. Note: Identify the printer model located on the bottom of your printer. It is recommended to purchase printers directly through StoreHub to ensure compatibility and support. For third-party purchases, confirm that the printer is listed as compatible to ensure smooth configuration.
