The Facebook shop is a shop section on your business Page. 

You don't have to check on Facebook for any sales order because all online orders will be shown on your StoreHub BackOffice or POS.

Product Requirements to Show up on Facebook

Only products which met the below requirements will show up on Facebook:

- Has at least 1 online product image
- Selling online

Has <a href="https://care.storehub.com/en/articles/5726841-managing-the-access-controls-of-your-employees">access to BackOffice</a> and at least "Online Store &gt; Store Setup" access.

Has a Facebook Business Manager (read here on <a href="https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1710077379203657?id=180505742745347" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">how to setup a Facebook Business Manager</a>)

Add your Facebook Business Page to your Facebook Business Manager (read here on <a href="https://www.facebook.com/business/help/720478807965744?id=420299598837059" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">how to add a Page to Business Manager</a>)

Has a <a href="#h_5edd23b5-20b8-47f8-8cea-235f2ff9c39d">Facebook Catalogue</a>

- Products must meet minimum requirements.
- Has <a href="https://care.storehub.com/en/articles/5726841-managing-the-access-controls-of-your-employees">access to BackOffice</a> and at least "Online Store &gt; Store Setup" access.
- Has a Facebook Business Page (read here on <a href="https://www.facebook.com/help/135275340210354" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">how to setup a Facebook Business Page</a>)
- Has a Facebook Business Manager (read here on <a href="https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1710077379203657?id=180505742745347" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">how to setup a Facebook Business Manager</a>)
- Add your Facebook Business Page to your Facebook Business Manager (read here on <a href="https://www.facebook.com/business/help/720478807965744?id=420299598837059" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">how to add a Page to Business Manager</a>)
- Has a <a href="#h_5edd23b5-20b8-47f8-8cea-235f2ff9c39d">Facebook Catalogue</a>

Go to <a href="https://facebook.com/products" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Catalogue Manager</a>.

Select Upload Product Info and click Next. 

[Optional: You can name this Product Catalogue StoreHub Products to help differentiate the catalogs later.]

The catalog will be created in a few seconds. Click View catalogues.

Click Product data sources and click on Add Products.

1. On Select Upload Method, select File Upload and click Next.
 
 
 
2. Download the CSV from BackOffice by going to Online Orders drop down menu, under Webstore drop down, select Marketing. Click on Facebook Product Catalogue and Export CSV now.
 
 
 
3. Upload to Facebook and click "Next". ​
 
 
4. Give this data feed a name, you can set "Data source name" with "StoreHub Products Data Feed".
 
5. Choose your account's currency for Default currency.
 
6. Click Upload.

Facebook create products from based on the files you downloaded StoreHub.

1. Go to <a href="https://facebook.com/products" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Catalogue Manager</a>.
 
2. Select Create catalogue.
 
3. Select Ecommerce and click Next.
 
4. Select Upload Product Info and click Next. 
 
 [Optional: You can name this Product Catalogue StoreHub Products to help differentiate the catalogs later.]
 
5. The catalog will be created in a few seconds. Click View catalogues.
 
6. Click Product data sources and click on Add Products.
 
7. Select Use Bulk Upload and click Next.
 
8. Setup Data Feed:
 
 1. On Select Upload Method, select File Upload and click Next.
 
 
 
 2. Download the CSV from BackOffice by going to Online Orders drop down menu, under Webstore drop down, select Marketing. Click on Facebook Product Catalogue and Export CSV now.
 
 
 
 3. Upload to Facebook and click "Next". ​
 
 
 4. Give this data feed a name, you can set "Data source name" with "StoreHub Products Data Feed".
 
 5. Choose your account's currency for Default currency.
 
 6. Click Upload.
 
9. Facebook create products from based on the files you downloaded StoreHub.

Note: The information of products on Facebook will not be updated when you make changes on StoreHub.
