Important Notes

  • The Facebook shop is a shop section on your business Page.

  • This feature is free to use.

  • You don't have to check on Facebook for any sales order because all online orders will be shown on your StoreHub BackOffice or POS.


Product Requirements to Show up on Facebook

Only products which met the below requirements will show up on Facebook:

  • Has at least 1 online product image

  • Selling online

Pre-requisites:


Setup Facebook Catalogue

  1. Select Create catalogue.

  2. Select Ecommerce and click Next.

  3. Select Upload Product Info and click Next.

    [Optional: You can name this Product Catalogue StoreHub Products to help differentiate the catalogs later.]

  4. The catalog will be created in a few seconds. Click View catalogues.

  5. Click Product data sources and click on Add Products.

  6. Select Use Bulk Upload and click Next.

  7. Setup Data Feed:

    1. On Select Upload Method, select File Upload and click Next.

    2. Download the CSV from BackOffice by going to Online Orders drop down menu, under Webstore drop down, select Marketing. Click on Facebook Product Catalogue and Export CSV now.

    3. Upload to Facebook and click "Next".

    4. Give this data feed a name, you can set "Data source name" with "StoreHub Products Data Feed".

    5. Choose your account's currency for Default currency.

    6. Click Upload.

  8. Facebook create products from based on the files you downloaded StoreHub.

Note: The information of products on Facebook will not be updated when you make changes on StoreHub.


Setup Facebook Shop

  1. Follow the guideline from Facebook to setup your Facebook Shop.

  2. Select "to buy your items on an external website" so your customers can place an order on your online store.
