QR Order & Pay: 3 - How to Set Up StoreHub Products

Important Notes

  • This is article 3 of 8 in the QR Order and Pay: Basic Setup. We recommended following the articles in the right sequence to set up QR Order and Pay for your business.

  • If you have already completed some steps, you may proceed to the next steps.


Products Settings

1. In your BackOffice, go to Products.

2. Click Add Product.

3. Then input the Product Name, Category, and add a product image.

4. Input the selling Price, then click Save:

Notes:

  • Values inserted into the price will be the default pricing for in-store orders (POS & QR Order and Pay)

  • Values inserted for online price will be the default pricing for online orders (Beep Delivery)

5. Once the product is saved, click on the Online Info tab.

Note: If you are tracking stock quantities for the products, make sure the stock quantities are entered with no decimals.

6. Tick the QR Order and Pay/Delivery checkbox to make the product available on those channels.

7. You may also select multiple items and add them to your QR menu at once:

Optional steps (Click to expand)

  1. You may tick Pre-Order Only if the specific products are only available for Pre-Order.

  2. You may also set an effective period for the products to start selling on a specific date/time only.

Collection Set Up

Once you've configured your product list for QR Order & Pay, you can organize them into collections for display on the QR Order & Pay menu.

1. In the QR Order and Pay settings, click Collections, then click Create Collection.

2. Select the channel where you want to apply this collection.

Note: You can enable the same collection across multiple online channels to avoid repeating this setup.

3. (Optional - Multiple stores) Select your preferred store.

4. Enter a title for your collection.

5. In the Conditions section, choose how to add products:

  • Products by Category: Automatically includes all products from selected categories (e.g., Western Food)

  • Products by Tags: Automatically includes all products with specific tags (e.g., Vegetarian)

  • Specific Products: Manually select individual products by searching or typing product names

After making your selection, the matching products will appear automatically.

6. Click Save or Save and Create Another.


Products not appearing in QR Order & Pay Menu

If your products aren't appearing in the QR Order & Pay menu, try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Check online selling status: Ensure your products are enabled for online sales (see Step 6 in the Product Settings section). Products disabled for online orders won't appear in your QR Order & Pay menu.

  • Adjust collection conditions: In Collection Settings, under "Products Must Match," try switching between "All Conditions" and "Any Condition" to see which displays your products correctly.
