A StoreHub webstore allows businesses to seamlessly manage their online presence and start selling products online. This guide will provide detailed instructions for setting up, managing, and maintaining your webstore.

Webstore Setup
Store Settings
1. At your BackOffice, click on the Online Orders.
2. Click on Webstore and go to Webstore Setup
3. In the Store Settings tab, select a store, then tick the "Sell this store's inventory on Webstore/Beep Delivery/QR Order and Pay"
4. Enable the fulfilment methods of your choice - Delivery or Pickup or both.
5. Ensure that your bank account details have already been setup
6. Enter your email in the Email Notification for Online Orders field
7. Click Save
Delivery Zone
1. Next, go to the Delivery tab
2. Click Add delivery zone
3. Complete the fields below:
Delivery Zone Name = Name of area the zone is set up for (PJ Selangor, Ampang KL, BM Penang, etc)
Shipping Estimate = Estimated days needed for shipment to be completed for that area.
State/Province = Select the State for which this delivery zone is set up for
Rate Amount = Set your delivery fee
Delivery Type = Set delivery types by postcode or country
Postcode/City = Enter the postcode coinciding with the area
(Optional) Free shipping for orders above or equal to = Set the minimum amount of spending needed for customers to trigger free shipping
Additional optional settings include specifying minimum or maximum weights and configuring priority zones for delivery.
4. Click Save
Publish Online Store
Once you have set up your Webstore, you can publish it publicly.
1. At your BackOffice, click Settings, which will bring you to the Account Settings page
2. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section to look for the Publish Webstore setting
Note: StoreHub does not offer a preview feature for unpublished webstores. Once your store is published, you can view its layout and make adjustments if necessary.
3. Click Publish, then type PUBLISH (in all capital letter) to confirm your decision
4. Click the red Publish button
Note: If you wish to hide your Online Store temporarily, at the Danger Zone, click on the Unpublish button and type in UNPUBLISH (in capital letters); then press Unpublish for the changes to be saved.
