Beep Cashback is an easy, fully-integrated loyalty program for all merchants who use StoreHub. It allows you to roll out a cashback-powered loyalty program in a few simple steps so your business can start:

1. Beep Cashback is available for StoreHub accounts in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines.

2. Enabling Beep Cashback will convert Store Credits to cashback. You cannot use Beep Cashback and Store Credits simultaneously.

There are 2 ways to enable Beep Cashback (for all products listed) in your BackOffice: the Loyalty tab or the Danger Zone.

Step 1.

Log in to your BackOffice, and go to BackOffice > Loyalty.

Step 2.

Click Enable Today.

Step 1.

Log in to your BackOffice, and go to Settings > Account > scroll down to Danger Zone > Enable Beep Cashback > Enable.

Step 2.

A pop-up will appear to verify if this is what you want to do. Type in CASHBACK and then click Enable:

Once you have enabled Beep Cashback via either of the two methods...

Step 3.

You will see a pop up dialog that looks like this:

If you DON'T already have Store Credit enabled...

This pop-up will appear notifying you of the change in your receipts, and that a 5% cashback default has been selected for you.

If you ALREADY HAVE Store Credits enabled, your current Store Credit settings will be applied to Beep Cashback.

Step 4.

Click 'Continue' to access your Beep Cashback settings screen. If you did NOT get the pop up, you can get to the settings screen by going to Loyalty > Settings.

On this screen, you'll be able to edit the cashback % amount on your products and daily limits on your customers' cashback claims. If you make any edits, please remember to click 'Save'.

Note: The minimum recommended cashback is 5% (anything less and your customers may not be interested in scanning it to claim their cashback!)

Step 5.

Click on Save, update your StoreHub Register app to the latest version, and sync your StoreHub Register app to apply your Beep Cashback changes.

Step 6.

Start printing your receipts!

You will need Main Account Owner access in order to disable cashback.

Step 1.

Log in to your BackOffice, and go to BackOffice > Settings > Account > scroll down to Danger Zone > Disable Beep Cashback > Disable

Step 2.

Key in "DISABLE" in capital letters to confirm this step,.

Step 3.

Click 'Disable', and you're done! Once this step has been completed, your receipts will no longer contain your unique QR codes and your customers will not be able to earn new cashback on new purchases.

Note: Beep Cashback claims quota has been lifted temporarily starting from 11 March 2021, until further notice.

In Malaysia and the Philippines, the 'Enable Beep Cashback' button appears only once Membership, a paid add-on, is enabled; in Thailand and Singapore it appears without Membership. A fixed amount of Cashback Claims are provided with your subscription plan for free.
