Who Is This For?
StoreHub merchants who need to print, reprint, or email receipts; manage kitchen dockets (reprints for open orders, show employee names); or customise receipt and kitchen docket settings on their POS register or from BackOffice.
Overview
This article covers receipts and kitchen dockets on your StoreHub POS. You will learn how to enable automatic receipt printing, reprint or email a receipt, set up A4 receipt printing, reprint kitchen dockets for open orders, display employee names on kitchen dockets and order summaries, customise font size on receipts and kitchen dockets, and email a receipt from BackOffice.
Before You Begin
Your receipt printer must be set up and connected to your POS device. Refer to this article.
For kitchen docket reprint: your kitchen printer must be set up and connected. Kitchen docket reprinting only works for open (unpaid) orders. Beep QR orders do not currently support the reprint kitchen docket feature.
For A4 printing: the printer and POS register must be connected to the same WiFi network.
iPad: uses the AirPrint protocol. Your printer must be AirPrint-compatible.
Android: uses the Internet Printing Protocol (IPP). Most modern WiFi or network-connected printers support IPP.
For emailing receipts from BackOffice: you need access to your BackOffice account.

Issue | Solution |
Receipt not printing automatically | Check that 'Print Receipt Automatically' is enabled in POS Settings, then Printer. Make sure the printer is connected and turned on. |
A4 receipt not printing | Make sure the receipt template in BackOffice has the Receipt Type set to A4. Confirm the printer and POS are on the same WiFi network. For iPad, the printer must be AirPrint-compatible. For Android, the printer must support IPP. |

Yes. The email will show 'Cancellation Receipt' as the subject line instead of 'Invoice'.

No. The font size setting only applies to receipt printers and kitchen docket printers.
