How to indicate when your Beep Menu products are out or in stock using the SH Manager app.
Important Notes
Ensure that your SH Manager App is updated to the latest version
Mark Item as In Stock / Out of Stock
1. Launch SH Manager app and go to Beep Menu.
2. At the top right of the page, tap the store icon to select a store.
3. When marking items as in stock or out of stock, the changes will apply for both QR Order and Beep Delivery.
4. The sequence of the Collections displayed will follow the settings in your BackOffice Collections
Notes: Locate your Collections by going to Online Store, then click Store Appearance, then select Collection.
5. Under the Product tab, The Mark In Stock button will be orange if you have products that are out of stock; only tap this button when you've replenished the respective items.
6. You can also go into individual items to enable or disable their availability.
7. If you're using SH Manager app to mark an item as out of stock, you will have two options:
Today = Item will be out of stock only for the day it is toggled off, then automatically be back in stock (toggled on) the next day
Until Restocked = Item will remain out of stock until it is manually toggled on by the merchant
8. If you have products integrated with Foodpanda and Shopee Food, you can also mark the item out of stock via your POS system or SH Manager app.
9. Ensure that the products must be marked as Sell on Beep to enable the feature above.
Mark Shared Modifier as In Stock / Out of Stock
This feature enables you to mark a shared modifier as out of stock, eliminating the need to individually disable it for each product with that shared modifier.
1. Launch SH Manager app and go to Beep Menu.
2. At the top right of the page, tap the store icon to select a store.
3. Select the modifier group and toggle the item or the modifier group that is out of stock.

4. If you're using SH Manager app to mark an item as out of stock, you will have two options:

1. Can I mark my products out of stock if I have delivery integrations enabled on Foodpanda and Shopee Food?
Yes, you can mark items out of stock via your POS system or SH Manager app; just ensure that for each product, the Sell on Beep feature is checked in your BackOffice.
2. What's the difference between the SH Manager app and the POS system?
The SH Manager app allows store managers to access BackOffice features that the POS system cannot such as monitoring store performance and viewing comprehensive daily reports.
