Log in to the App
1. Sign in to StoreHub Manager with Store ID, Email and Password (same as BackOffice login credentials).
Manage Beep Delivery Orders
1. Tap on the specific order to see more details such as the item ordered, delivery time, and customer details.
2. You can contact the customer if there are issues to fulfil the order, using the contact details stated.
Once the rider has picked up the food, you can view the details under History.
Note: The History tab includes both completed delivery & pickup orders.

Tab: Orders that need to be prepared for delivery within the hour.
Pre-Order: Future orders where delivery time and day depend on the selected time frame by customers.
Remember to not the orders yet prepare orders yet; it will move to the Now tab when it is time to be prepared.

History: Past orders, once riders have picked up.
Mark Items or Modifiers as Unavailable
1. Select Beep Menu. Your list of menu items is listed here.
2. Select the Product or Modifier tab.
Item:
3. Toggle the specific menu item you would like to edit or toggle the entire menu.
Modifier:
3. Toggle the specific Modifier Group item you would like mark out of stock
Monitor Performance
1. With the StoreHub Manager App, you (and if you allow them, management staff) are able to view orders & sales in all branches.
2. Other users' access is the same as in the BackOffice (if they’re limited to only Store Location A, they can only view Store Location A).
View your Reports
1. Press the store icon and select a store.
4. Press the menu button.
5. Select Daily Reports.
6. Select Date Range.
7. View Reports.
