StoreHub Manager App: How to Manage Beep Delivery Orders

Understand and manage Beep orders using the StoreHub Manager App.

What You Will Learn In This Guide

  • How Beep Delivery orders can be managed through StoreHub Manager App.


Important Notes

  • Do not start preparing food before a rider is assigned to the order as orders will be cancelled automatically if a rider is not found within 30 mins.

  • Any food cost imposed due to such occasion will not be compensate


Using the Search Bar

1. You can search for Beep Delivery orders using the Order Number.

2. The page will refresh on its own to display new orders, but you can also pull down the page to refresh manually.


Orders by Status

There are three tabs showing different order statuses:

Now (On Demand)

1. Using SH Logistics: Rider Found orders will show here.

2. Not Using SH Logistics: Paid/Accepted/Logistic Confirmed orders will show here.

3. To view a New order, merchants can tap on the order to expand the order details page.

Pre Order

1. Pre Orders with fulfilment time more than one hour from current time and are not Rider Found orders are listed here

  • Pre Order section is further split into Today and After Today segments

  • To view a Pre Order, merchants can tap on the order to expand the order details page

History

  • Picked Up, Delivered, and Cancelled orders will be displayed here


How Does It Work?

Let's dive into the three important aspects of Beep Delivery orders in SH Manager.

Order Details

1. Order Details page is segregated into five parts:

2. Overview (Click to expand)

  • Order ID

  • Order Type Tag (Delivery/Pickup)

  • Receipt ID

  • Shipping Time & Shipping Date

  • Total Items Ordered

3. Order Summary (Click to expand)

  • Consumer's Name

  • Consumer's Mobile Number - the merchant can tap on the phone icon to call the consumer for order-related matters

  • Delivery Address

  • Note for Rider - it will be displayed only if there is a note for the driver

4. Order Details (Click to expand)

  • Name & quantity of ordered items

  • Note for Merchant - it will be displayed only if there is a note for merchant

  • Order Total (amount)

5. Rider Details (Click to expand)

  • Courier Company's Name.

  • Rider's Mobile Number - the merchant can tap on the phone icon to call the rider for delivery-related matters.

  • Tracking ID - merchants can open the link if a public tracking URL is available.

6. Picked Up Button

  • This button will is meant for delivery orders completed by merchants' own delivery service, as well as self pickup orders

  • By clicking on the Picked Up button, the order status will be changed to Picked Up and the order will be moved to the History tab

  • For orders to be completed using SH Logistics, their status will be changed to Picked Up automatically once SH Logistics marks them as Picked Up


Order Notification

1. There will be a notification badge to indicate the number of orders that a merchant has yet to view in detail.

2. You need to click into an order to view its details (Click to expand)

  • Orders that are not read will have a light red background

  • Orders that are read will have a white background

  • A notification number will increase when:

    • New Rider Found orders that are unread

    • New Self Pickup orders that are unread

    • (For non-SH Logistics orders) Pre Orders with a fulfilment time lesser than one hour are moved to the Now tab

  • The notification number will decrease when

    • The merchant has viewed the order details

    • Merchant marks an order as Picked Up

    • SH Logistics marks an order as Picked Up

    • Unfulfilled orders are moved from Pre Order tab to Now tab


Employee Access Control

  • Employees can access only information about the stores that they are assigned to

  • Ensure that your employees have been assigned to their respective stores via the BackOffice
