Order Management on the BackOffice

When a customer makes a sale on your Webstore, QR Order and Pay, or Beep Delivery, you'll see them in the BackOffice, in Order Management.

Here's how to manage your Online orders via BackOffice:

1. Go to your BackOffice, click on Online Orders, and you will see the Order Management page.

2. Filter your preferred Store(s), Transaction Period & Channel.

3. When you have an order, you can then click on the order to view the transaction details.
