Webstore: How to Manage Orders via BackOffice

  • See new order in BackOffice and the Register whenever a customer makes an order on your Webstore (formerly Online Store / Ecommerce)


Manage Webstore Orders

1. Go to your BackOffice, and click on Online Orders, which will bring you to the Online Order Management.

2. Filter your preferred Store(s), Transaction Period & Channel (Online Store).

3. You will see a list of Webstore orders. Click on the order to view the transaction details.

4. To change the status of this order, click on the dropdown menu next to Status and then select the relevant order status.

5. You may also change the status of an order at Order Management without having to click into the order.

6. Refer to the table below for a definition of the statuses:

Delivery Orders:

Status

Definition

New Order

New Order that has been paid

Ready for Delivery

The order has been packed & is awaiting shipment or pick up by courier

Shipped

The order has been dispatched or collected by a courier

Self Pick-Up:

Status

Definition

New Order

New Order that has been paid

Ready for Pickup

The order has been packed & ready for customer to pick up

Picked Up

The order has been picked up by customer

7. When changing the order status to Shipped for delivery orders, a window will appear for you to input shipping information.

8. Once you press ok, a notification will be sent to the customer, informing them that the item has shipped.
