QR Order & Pay: 5 - How to Set Up Your QR Store

Important notes

  • This is article 5 of 8 in the QR Order and Pay: Basic Setup. We recommend following the articles in the right sequence to set up QR Order and Pay for your business.

  • If you have already completed some steps, you may proceed to the next steps.


Store Settings: Order Fulfilment

1. Go to your BackOffice, then click the Online Orders drop down menu.

2. On the Store Settings tab, click on the store of your choice.

2. Tick Sell this store's inventory online, additional settings will appear.

3. Next, tick on the Fulfillment method if you offer Delivery and/or Pick Up.

4. Tick New Order - Paid and hit Save.


General Settings: Enable QR Order & Pay

1. In BackOffice, click on Online Orders, then select QR Order and Pay

2. Within the General tab, find the Enable QR Order and Pay section, and toggle on QR Order and Pay.

3. Next, scroll down to QR Order and Pay Payment Setting - choose which stores allow Pay Later and Pay at Counter flows.

4. Then, scroll down to add a Store Logo.

5. Next, scroll down to the Beep Business Profile section


Collections

Note: You can set up your QR menu or Collections by importing your register layout. Learn more here.

1. In the BackOffice, go to the Online Orders tab, and click on QR Order and Pay.

2. Select the Collection tab.

3. Click + Create Collection, then Input Title of Category.

  • Select the channel(s) where this new collection will be visible.

  • If applicable, choose the specific store for the collection (for users with multiple stores).

4. Select Any Condition, then Click + Add Condition.

5. Select Products, Select Product Categories.

6. Click Save.

7. In the Action tab, enable the collection.

Reordering Collections

To change the order of collections:

1. In BackOffice > Online Orders > QR Order & Pay > Collections, locate the collection list.

2. Use the drag-and-drop handle next to a collection to reposition it.

3. Drag the desired collection to the top or preferred position and release.

Adding Products to Existing Collections

To add products to an existing collection:

1. Open the relevant collection in BackOffice > Online Orders > QR Order & Pay > Collections.

2. Select Add Condition and choose Specific Products.

3. Search for and add the desired products.

4. Click Save to finalize changes.

Renaming Collections

To rename an existing collection:

1. In BackOffice, go to Online Orders > QR Order & Pay > Collections.

2. Open the specific collection you want to rename.

3. Edit the collection title as needed and click Save.

Note: You are limited to 100 Collections at any one time, but we recommend having 8 Collections for easier navigation of your menu.


Featured Products

Items added to Featured Products will allow them to appear as Best Sellers in your QR Order and Pay, Beep Delivery and Webstore stores.

1. On the Featured Products tab, click Add Product.

2. Type the name of your best-selling products.

3. Click OK.

Notes:

  • Only eight items on your Featured Products page will appear as Best Sellers

  • Products that are out of stock will also not appear even if they're added into Featured Products
