How to cancel QR Order and Pay order directly on the POS without going through our Customer Care team.
Important Notes:
This feature is only available for Android & iPad (New iOS POS).
Kindly ensure the app is updated to latest version (Android: v1.24/New iOS POS v1.0).
All QR Order and Pay transactions can't be cancelled 7 days after the order is completed.
Cancel QR order and Pay on POS
1. On the StoreHub POS App, go to Transactions and refer to the Online tab.
2. Tap on the order you would like to cancel then select ⋯ the icon on the right side top corner; select Cancel Transaction.
3. Once you have selected the Cancel Transaction option, select the Cancel Transaction to proceed.
4. Select the reason for cancellation, then select Confirm.
A pop message of Order Successfully Cancelled will be shown upon the confirmation.
Note:
Please be noted once this action is taken, it fully reverse the amount paid by customers (Including CashBack, Voucher, Promotion & your Inventory).
No partial refunds are allowed.
For Non-cash payment (Credit Card/Online Banking/E-wallet), amount will be refunded to payment options customer use as per timeline below:

GrabPay & Touch n Go | 2 working days |
The working days displayed on POS will be the exact timeline as above.
For Cash payment at Counter/Pay Later, you will need to refund the customer in cash immediately on the spot (xx = indicates amount of order)
This is how the cancelled transaction will look on your POS register & BackOffice (Click Online Orders, which will take you to Online Order Management page)
