How does Beep Delivery work?
1. Customers can download the Beep App via the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
2. Sign up using a valid phone number and key in the 5-digit code for verification; once completed, type in the address to locate nearby restaurants.
3. Select a preferred store and choose Delivery; then, select date and time of receiving orders.

We recommend selecting the nearest outlets for the best experience.
On-demand Orders can be placed at any time between 9AM - 9PM (For StoreHub Automatic Logistics Programme).
Pre-Orders must be placed latest by 7:59pm for 9PM - 10PM delivery slot (For StoreHub Automatic Logistics Programme).
4. Customers can now browse the store’s menu and choose which items to add to their carts; once completed, proceed to pay.
5. Before proceeding to payment, the customer will need to confirm the delivery address, delivery instructions and contact details.
6. Then, choose a preferred payment method to confirm the order; once payment has been made, the app will search for a rider.
7. Once the rider has been found, the order will be prepared.
8. Customers can track the rider statuses by referring to the app; update notifications will also be sent.
9. Once the order has been received, customers will be notified of the amount of cashback earned.

1. If your customers prefer not to download the Beep app, they can order from the same menu you have by using a web browser.
2. Visit the Beep Menu on a smartphone through your Beep Menu URL.

How does the restaurant see Beep Delivery Orders?
1. Be notified of new orders from your POS register.
