This guide is applicable only to cashback enabled merchants.
If you're enabling Cashback for the first time, you must activate Membership to use it. Refer to this article for more information.
To prevent misuse of the cashback earning feature at the POS (e.g. by cashiers or store staff), you may request StoreHub to disable cashback earning via POS.

3. Locate Enable Beep Cashback and click Disable.

1. In the Cashback section, click on Cashback Settings.
2. Key in the designated Cashback amount.
Manage Cashback Limit Claims
1. On the same page, change the number of claims allowed for any customer in a single day.
2. In the next field, enter a number of your choice; however, we recommend allowing 1-2 claims per day.
Manage Cashback Expiry Period
1. On the same page, set the validity period for the cashback collected by your customers.
2. Click on the drop down and select your preferred option:
3 Months (90 Days)
6 Months (180 Days)
9 Months (270 Days)
12 Months (360 Days)
3. Click Save
Note:
Once applied, you cannot remove expiration dates from cashback vouchers moving forward.
You can, however, change the duration of validity anytime you like, but customers will only see the new duration reflected the next time they spend at your business.
Example:
1 Feb: Customer A's and B's cashback expires on 31st March
10 Feb: You (Merchant) change expiry period from 3 months to 6 months; cashback expiry for Customer A & B remains 31st March.
1 March: Customer A make a transaction, cashback expiry is extended to 1 Sept; while Customer B remains the same as 31st March
Customers can extend the validity by making a transaction before the expiry date.
Example: If you’ve set your cashback expiry date to three months, a customer who purchases within that period without redeeming their existing cashback, will now have an extra three months – from the day of purchase – to use their accumulated cashback.
We recommend using this feature alongside a StoreHub Engage campaign to send reminder notifications to your frequent returning customers.
