What is the Expiring Cashback Alert Campaign
After enabling Beep Cashback expiry, utilise this campaign to automatically send out SMS alerts to customers, reminding them to use their vouchers before the expiration date.
How to Enable Expiring Cashback Alert Campaign
1. In your BackOffice, go to Engage drop down menu.
2. Click Campaign Set Up
3. In the SMS Campaign section, locate the Expiring Cashback Alert option and click Set Up Campaign
4. You will now see the campaign set-up page; proceed to enter your brand name
5. Your SMS Content cannot be edited, but you can change the language from English to Malay for Malaysian Merchants
6. Select your target customers:
Customer Cashback Balance - SMS alerts will only be sent to your customers with the Cashback balance specified in this field.
Customer with cashback expiring in xx days - SMS alerts will only be sent to customers whose Cashback balances are expiring within the specified duration
7. In the Schedule section, select a start date for your campaign, and specify the time at which the SMS will be blasted out daily
8. If you’re happy with your settings, click Save & Next to review your campaign setup one more time; or click Save if you’d like to complete the set-up later
9. If you’ve clicked Save & Next, you should see the Review & Publish page; click Publish when you’re happy with the campaign settings
Note: This campaign cannot be deleted, but can be paused if you wish to stop sending out automated SMS alerts. Campaign settings can be edited at any time.
