How to calculate the amount of cashback earned when special discounts are applied?
Cashback is calculated based on the final payment amount (tax inclusive)
Special discounts refers to discounts for senior citizens, persons with disabilities, national athletes/coaches and Medal of Valor holders.
Example of calculation:
A sales where 1 adult and 1 Senior Citizen (2 customers) purchased Hamburgers that cost PHP 100 (inclusive tax)

Cashback Earned (5%) = PHP 80.36 x 5% | PHP 4.02 |
Can customers use Beep Cashback and Special Discounts at the same time?
BIR mandates no double discounts when special discounts are applied. Customers can only choose one discount, either special discount, cashback or promotion given by merchant, whichever has higher value. If customer opt for any promotion that’s not special discount, simply do not add special discount and treat it as a normal transaction.
