A guide for you to set up Free Shipping Promotion for Beep Delivery & Webstore Store.
Important Notes
This feature is only available in the Advanced & Pro plan Users.
Free Shipping Promotion type is only applicable to Beep Delivery & Webstore; It is not applicable to Offline POS Transactions & QR Order and Pay.
How to Set Promotion
1. Log in to your BackOffice, click on Promotion title page, then select + New Promotion.
2. Type in the name of your promotion.
Note: This name would appear on customer's view when the promotion is applied to the transaction.
3. Select which store and channels (Webstore / Beep Delivery) your promotion is applied to.
4. Key in the Promo Code.
Note: Your customer will enter this promo code to enjoy the promotion.
5. Tick Enable if you would like the promotion to be applied immediately.
6. Select the effective time frame of your promotion.
Note: If the end date is left blank, the promotion will not end.
Set Up Free Shipping Promotion
1. Under discount type, select Free Shipping.
2. If it requires specific product purchase to enjoy this promotion. Check the Require Specific Product Purchase, add the relevant products & you can even set the Minimum quantity of purchase.
You can add the products through specify products of a Category, Tag or specific products.
Example: Customer must purchase 1 Set of Facial & Spa to enjoy Free Shipping Promo.
Required Products section should be set up this way:
Specific Products: Facial & Spa
Min Quantity: 1
3. Save to complete the settings.
