How to sort your Beep menu collections according to price or alphabetical order through the BackOffice.
Sorting Beep Menu Collections
Your Beep menu collections determine how your items appear on your QR Order and Pay and Delivery menus.
With the Customize Menu Sequence feature, you are able to sort your items within a collection either in alphabetical order or based on the prices.
Follow the steps below to learn how:
1. At the BackOffice, head to Online Orders; click on Beep Delivery then click on Collection.
2. Click on Create Collection.
3. In the Condition(s) field, select the products you want in the collection by choosing either Products by Category, Products with Tags or, Specific Products.
Note: Ensure that your products have been set up with the appropriate categories, tags, and names.
4. A list of products will now appear below; locate the “Sort By” field and select the types of sorting you prefer:
Price: High to Low
Price: Low to High
Ascending: A to Z
Descending: Z to A
Remember to click Save and the new product arrangements will now appear on your Beep menu!
