Configure Modifiers for Food Delivery Products
Modifiers (like 'temperature', 'flavour', 'toppings') allow customers to customize their orders.
1. When editing a product, scroll down to the 'Modifiers' section.
2. Add a 'Group Name' (e.g., 'Choose your size', 'Add-ons').
3. Add your 'Options' (e.g., 'Small', 'Medium', 'Large' for size; 'Extra Cheese', 'Bacon' for add-ons).
4. For each option you want to appear on your chosen food delivery platform, make sure to tick 'List on {Platform}' (e.g., 'List on ShopeeFood').
Note:
To save time, you can use Shared Modifiers for options that are used in multiple modifier groups (like 'Extra Cheese' or 'No Onion').
5. Click 'Save'.
Manage Online Info for Products
The 'Online Info' tab lets you control how your product appears on online channels.
1. When editing a product, click on the 'Online Info' tab.
2. Here, you can:
Select which online channels to sell this product on (e.g., 'Sell on ShopeeFood', 'Sell on FoodPanda', 'Sell on GrabFood').
Add a 'Product Description' that will appear on the delivery apps.
Add additional 'Images' for this product.
Add it to a specific 'Collection'.
3. Click 'Save'.
4. To onboard products to collections for Foodpanda/ShopeeFood, merchants would need to set up the BackOffice products to add the following fields:
To Update | How to update |
FoodPanda / ShopeeFood Product Price | CSV upload/Product page |
Product Description | CSV upload/Product page |
FoodPanda / ShopeeFood Variant Add-on Price | Product Page |
Product Images | Product Page |
Since this is a one-way sync from BackOffice to the food delivery platform, merchants need to update this information in the BackOffice to match what they have on the food delivery platforms.
Delete a Product from Food Delivery

1. At your BackOffice, click 'Products' on the main menu.
2. Find and click on the product you wish to remove.
3. Click on the 'Online Info' tab.
4. Untick the checkboxes for 'Sell on ShopeeFood', 'Sell on FoodPanda', or 'Sell on GrabFood' for the platforms you want to remove it from.
5. Click 'Save'. The product will no longer appear on those food delivery platforms.
