Updated this week

Who is this for?

StoreHub merchants who have enabled food delivery integration and need to set up, update, or remove menu items and collections for their online stores on FoodPanda, ShopeeFood, or GrabFood.

Overview

This guide shows you how to create and manage menu 'Collections', add and update 'Products', set specific prices, and configure 'Modifiers' for your food delivery platforms. Keeping your online menu accurate and up-to-date is key to a smooth food delivery operation.

Before You Begin

  • Your Food Delivery Integration add-on is enabled and connected to your desired platforms (FoodPanda, ShopeeFood, GrabFood).

Troubleshooting

Issue

Solution

My menu collections or products are not appearing correctly on FoodPanda or ShopeeFood.

1. Check Channels:

Ensure that the correct 'Channels' (e.g., 'FoodPanda', 'ShopeeFood') are selected for both your 'Collections' and individual 'Products' in the BackOffice.

2. Review Limitations:

For ShopeeFood, check if your menu layout, text characters, number of groups, or products exceed their specific limitations.

3. Sync Menu:

After making any changes, remember to 'Sync Menu' from the food delivery add-on page in your BackOffice (refer to "How to Get Started with Food Delivery Integrations" article).

Product images are not showing up on FoodPanda.

Ensure all product images meet FoodPanda's specific requirements:

  • Maximum file size: 20MB

  • Maximum area: 16 Mpx² (e.g., 4000×4000 pixels)

  • Accepted file formats: GIF, JPEG, Lottie, PNG, SVG, Tiff, WebP
