Important Note
Ensure that you have already enabled Food Delivery Integration on your BackOffice.
Orders on POS
Whenever an incoming order is received, the logo of the Food Delivery Platform will appear on the POS system. This helps to distinguish it from the rest of the orders.
When the receipt is printed, the order number will display the abbreviations of the Food Delivery Platform. For example, if it's Food Panda, it will show FP followed by the order number.
BackOffice Transactions
To view a detailed breakdown of the transaction on the Food Delivery Platform, navigate to the Transactions section and select All Transactions. Then, click on the specific order to access the details.
Notes:
The delivery charges will not be displayed in the transactions, as this could impact the accuracy of the report.
Delivery charges are not considered revenue for the merchants; instead, they belong to the Food Delivery Platform.
