Use our CSV import template to lessen the hassle in adding products to sell online.
Important Note
If you have a lot of products to sell online or sell on Beep (Beep Delivery / QR Order and Pay), you could use our CSV import template to setup the pricing, upload product description in one go, instead of adding them one-by-one.
How to upload Product Description & Online Price
Each product might have its own description and online price when you're selling on Online Store, Beep Delivery or QR Order and Pay.
Hence, we have added support to include fields below in our CSV template:
Product Description
Online price
Online Discounted price
1. Download the StoreHub import CSV template from your BackOffice by going to Products Manage Products Import CSV.
2. Click download a CSV template.
3. Open the CSV file using Microsoft Excel or a spreadsheet software such as Open Office or Google Docs.
4. You will see the columns for Online Price, Online Discounted Price & Product description.
Note: You will only see these columns once you have enabled sell online
5. Once you have filled up all the information, click Select file to upload the CSV file.
Note: Update description checkbox must be ticked to update description field.
