Mall Integration: How to Set Up through SH Connector

Requirements for Integration

Refer to this list below for the necessary tools and information to have a smooth experience for mall integration:

  1. FTP username and password to be provided by the mall.


Setup SH Connector App

iPad

1. On your iPad, go to Settings, then tap WiFi

2. Connect to any Wifi.

3. Head on over to the app store once you are connected.

4. In the app store, head to the search function and type SH Connector/select App Store to download directly.

5. Find the SH Connector app and download it; open it once it has been installed.

6. Once opened, type in:

  • Your StoreHub URL name

  • Email used to register your StoreHub account

  • Password used to register your StoreHub account

And click Activate.

7. Once you have activated the app, fill out the following details:

  1. Your store name

  2. The name of your mall

  3. If the FTP IP address is not auto-filled, fill in the address provided by the mall

  4. The FTP username provided by the mall

  5. The FTP password provided by the mall

  6. Your machine/tenant number provided by the mall

  7. Again, your tenant number provided by the mall

  8. Test & Save Connection

Note: If do not have your connection details, you will first need to send your sales file to the mall you are integrating with.

Contact the mall's representatives for details on how to do so; the information you receive from the mall will be used later:


Android

1. On your Android device, go to Settings, then tap WiFi.

2. Connect to any accessible WiFi.

3. Download the Android SH Connector app V.1.0 from:

  • The link (APK) provided by StoreHub's Product team.

  • Google Play Store / App Store

4. Once the app has been downloaded, you can proceed to login with your Company Domain, email and password details.

Once opened, type in:

  • Your StoreHub URL name

  • Email used to register your StoreHub account

  • Password used to register your StoreHub account

And click Activate.

5. Once you have activated the app, fill out the following details:

  1. Your store name

  2. The name of your mall

  3. If the FTP IP address is not auto-filled, fill in the address provided by the mall

  4. The FTP username provided by the mall

  5. The FTP password provided by the mall

  6. Your machine/tenant number provided by the mall

  7. Again, your tenant number provided by the mall

  8. Test & Save Connection
