Possible reasons | Solution |

Change of Pre-Order Delivery time
Delivery time can't be changed once order is paid, the alternative solutions will be:
Have the customer to switch from delivery to self-pick up
Cancel the order and have the customer to re-order again at the preferred time.
Switch to Self-Delivery
Order can be switched to Self-delivery in your BackOffice as long as the customer's order has been accepted and no rider has been found by following steps below:
1. In your BackOffice, go to Online Store & select Order Management.
2. Click into the order you want to self-deliver, click on Switch to Self-Delivery on the top right corner of the screen.
3. Click on Self-Delivery to confirm the change.

Orders not printing
Try refreshing your connection everyday by restarting your router and waiting for it to finish booting before switching on your iPad/Android devices.
