Who Is This For?
StoreHub merchants in Thailand who must register their POS with the Thai Revenue Department so in-store sales are reported in line with local tax rules.
Overview
This guide lists the documents you typically prepare before you register your StoreHub POS with the Thai Revenue Department. Registration is handled through your local Revenue Department office. Requirements can vary by office, so treat this list as a starting checklist and confirm with the officer who serves your area.
After your POS is registered, set up and use your register using this article.
Before You Begin
Your business is registered to operate in Thailand.
You know which Thai Revenue Department office handles your business location.
Your StoreHub POS hardware is chosen or installed (register, printer, cash drawer, network).
You can print or export sample tax invoices and sales reports from your POS or BackOffice when officers ask for examples.
Step-by-Step Guide
Confirm Requirements With Your Local Office
1. Contact the Thai Revenue Department office that serves your store address.
2. Ask which POS registration forms and supporting documents they require for your business type.
3. Write down any extra items they mention that are not on the checklist below.
Note:
Each Revenue Department office may request additional documents, or may not require every item in the standard checklist. This is at their discretion.
Prepare Registration Forms
1. Obtain Registration form ภ.พ. 06 for POS registration.
2. Obtain Declaration of POS features (แบบฟอร์มแสดงคุณสมบัติของระบบที่ใช้).
3. Complete both forms with your business and POS details. Use blank official forms from the Revenue Department. Do not submit pre-filled sample forms from third parties as your final filing.
Note:
Guideline samples you find online or in attachments are for reference only. You should not send pre-filled guideline copies to the Revenue Department as your official submission.
Prepare Hardware and Store Layout Documents
1. Collect spec sheets for your POS hardware, including the receipt printer and cash drawer.
2. Draw a simple floor plan that shows where the POS sits in the store.
3. Draw a connection diagram that shows how the register, printer, cash drawer, and network equipment link together.
Prepare Receipt, Network, and Data Documents
1. Print or prepare a receipt example that shows a Tax Invoice (ABB) layout your POS will issue.
2. Prepare a networking map that shows how your POS connects to the internet or local network.
3. Prepare data security or data flow notes that describe how transaction data is stored and transmitted in your StoreHub setup.
Note:
You must produce some documents yourself, including the Tax Invoice (ABB) example and sales tax style reports officers may ask to review.
Submit Documents and Complete Registration
1. Bring the completed forms and supporting documents to your local Thai Revenue Department office, or follow the submission method the office gives you.
2. Answer follow-up questions from the officer and provide any extra samples they request.
3. Keep copies of every form and approval letter or reference number you receive.
Set Up Your POS After Approval
1. When registration is approved, open this article.
2. Complete register download, activation, and hardware connection steps for your device type.
3. Run a test sale and confirm the receipt matches the Tax Invoice (ABB) example you filed.

FAQs
1. Is StoreHub registration the same as Thai Revenue Department registration?
No. You register your business POS with the Thai Revenue Department for tax compliance. You set up the StoreHub app and hardware separately.
2. Can I skip any document on the checklist?
Only if your local office confirms it is not required. Always verify with the officer who handles your case.
3. Do I need Thai language forms?
Official forms are issued in Thai. Ask your accountant or the local office if you need help completing them.
