Covers questions relating to the payouts by StoreHub, includes the Ecommerce (Online Store) and Beep services.
How do I get paid?
When you sell via Online Store or Beep, each payment must be processed, there is usually a delay between when customer pays for their order and when you receive the payment.
After payment is processed, the purchase amount will be transferred to your bank account.
How often do I get paid?
i) From 21st September 2022 onwards:
Transactions from Sunday to Monday, payout Wednesday (Same week).
Transactions from Tuesday to Wednesday, payout Friday (Same week).
Transactions from Thursday to Saturday, payout (NEXT Tuesday).
ii) For Merchants in:
Thailand: Transactions between Monday to Sunday, payout on the following Monday.
Singapore: Transactions between Saturday to Friday, payout on the following Thursday.
Philippines: Transactions between Sunday to Saturday, payout on the following Wednesday.
Note:
For all countries, money may arrive same day or next working day.
If payout falls on a Public Holiday, the payout will be done on the next working day.
iii) When a payout is processed:
An email with the payout summary will be sent.
You may find the same payout summary record in your BackOffice, under Online Order, Payout option.
A bank transfer instruction will be sent to our partner for the funds transfer; may take more than 1 working day.
For transactions made on Online Stores, the date of the transaction paid by your customers will be the date that the payout will follow.
For transactions made on Beep Store, we process payout based on fulfillment date.
Note: This is because Beep supports a more comprehensive pre-order flow, which can be cancelled prior to fulfilment due to various reasons.
How much do I get paid?
Find out how much you receive per payout
1. In the BackOffice, click in Online Order, select Payouts option.
2. Click on any of the Payout ID to check for the payout breakdown.
Find out how much you receive per individual transaction
1. In the BackOffice, select Online Order title page.
2. On the Online Order Management page, you may click into any of the Order ID to check for more details.
How does StoreHub calculate the payout?
In general, a transaction will be processed before payout.
The calculation of the final amount follows the calculation below:
Transaction total | The total amount of the transaction, before discount |
Voucher discount | If the voucher is purchased by the customer on Beepit.com, you will receive the amount during the voucher purchase, not when it's being applied.
If the voucher is issued by StoreHub, you will receive the amount when it's applied |
Payment Amount | Final amount paid by the customer. |
Delivery Provider Fee (SH3PL) | Logistic fees if the Beep order is delivered using StoreHub 3rd Party Logistic (SH3PL) |
Payment Gateway Fee | Charges imposed by the payment gateway. |
StoreHub Transaction Fee | Fee charged by StoreHub. |
Payout | Final amount to be settled to merchants after fees deduction. |
Bank processing fee | Charges imposed by the bank for processing the funds transfer.
This is charged per payout. |
