Payout Summary
1. The payout summary can be found by going to your BackOffice, then click Online Orders and click Payouts
2. Then click Payout ID, then click Payout Details.

Product Revenue: Total revenue generated from items sold to the customers
Delivery Revenue: Total revenue generated from delivery fees paid by the customers
Delivery Provider Fees: Total cost of delivery charged by StoreHub Automated Logistics (cooperating logistics partners)
StoreHub Transaction Fees: Total transaction fees collected by StoreHub
Payment Gateway Fees: Total payment gateway fees paid to the payment gateway provider
Promos/Vouchers funded by StoreHub: Total of any promos and/or vouchers used by customers that are funded by StoreHub
Offline Payment Collected: Total payment of offline payment collected from Beep offline transactions and any Ecommerce bank transfers. (Offline Payment Collected = Beep Offline payments + Ecommerce Bank Transfers)
Margin (Payout + Offline Payment Collected)/ Product Revenue): Profit margin is calculated by dividing (payout + offline payment collected) by product revenue (Margin = (Payout + Offline Payment Collected) ÷ Product Revenue)
Payout: Sum of the payout before adjustments (Payout = Product Revenue + Delivery Revenue - Delivery Provider Fees - StoreHub Transaction Fees - Payment Gateway Fees )
Adjustment: Total adjustments in this payout; could be positive (StoreHub pays to the merchant; e.g. you switched to self-delivery) or negative (StoreHub collects from you; e.g. transaction settled before the order was cancelled)
Bank Transaction Fees: Bank processing fee for the payout
Total Payout: Total payout credited to you (Total Payout = Payout + Adjustment - Bank Transaction Fees)
Note: The Payout Summary is the summary of ALL stores (If you have more than 1 store selling online).
Separate Payout Report by Stores & Order Type
To view Payout by Store
1. Payout summary of each specific store can be view by the following guidelines.
2. Additional tab Included Stores has been included as the default view/tab.
3. The table displays all the payout details by Store(s).
4. Store Name indicates the name of your store(s).
To export Payout by Store
1. The entire list of completed transactions can be exported by selecting Export Payout Details.

1. Store: Store name where the transaction is being made in
2. Order type: Order type in which the transaction is being made in (Beep Delivery: Delivery/Pickup | QR Order and Pay: Dine-in, Takeaway)
