How to set up products for your Webstore (formerly online store / Webstore) via the BackOffice.
Enable Product to Display on Your Online Store
1. At your BackOffice, click on Products, which will bring you to your list of products.
2. Click on the product you wish to sell in your Webstore, then click the Online Info tab.
3. Here, you'll see the option to select the platform on which you want your product to be showcased; choose the preferred platform for displaying your products.
4. Edit the product details to reflect the specific information you wish to showcase on your online platform.
Note: The Online Info tab allows you to customize product information you wish to display on your online platforms.
4. Once information is added, click on Save to keep the changes.
Editing Product Info
On the Product Page, you are required to key in information about the Product. After selecting which online platform you wish you display:
1. Online Product Sate allows you to set an item as a Featured Product, which allows it to appear on the front page of your Webstore.
2. Online Product Name lets you change the name of the product when it appears on your Webstore. If left unedited, the product name will appear the same as in your BackOffice.
3. Collection is the page where the product will be listed in your Webstore.

4. Start and End dates apply if that specific product is limited for a certain period. Otherwise, just state the start date and leave the End Date empty.
Example: If you plan to sell a T-shirt for a Christmas Festival, choose the Start Date and End Date within December.
5. Effective On Every only applies if the specific product is only available on a specific day(s) and time.
Example: You are selling a special lunch set on Tuesday between 12pm-3pm.
6. Product Description refers to the information about the product that will be displayed on your online platform.
7. Product Imagers refer to the image of the product. You are allowed to put up to maximum of 5 images.
Note: If you are uploading many images for a product, the first thumbnail in the list will be the main image.
8. Ensure to hit Save after every edit.
Setting Product for Online Pricing
1. At the Product Page, on the Basic, specify your Online Price:
2. If you wish to offer a discount while showing the original price, set the discounted price in the discounted price fields.
