How to customise your Webstore's appearance and displayed information.
Setting Up Collections
A Collection is a category of items (like quick links) featured on the front page.
1. At your BackOffice, look for Online Orders then click Webstore
2. Click Webstore Appearance.
2. On the Collection tab, you can create, search and drag to reorder collections and toggle to enable/disable collections.
Note: An All Collection will be added automatically and cannot be deleted or rearranged. It can only be enabled/disabled.
3. When creating a Collection, you can assign it to appear in certain Channels or all - in this case, we want the Collection to appear on the Webstore channel.
4. You could also choose which stores you want the collection to appear in if you have multiple stores.
5. Name the Collection and set up some conditions for the product; specify whether your products must match All Conditions or Any Conditions.
Notes:
The conditions are Products of a Category, Products with Tags and Specific Products.
All conditions tell the system that each Condition you set must be met for the product to appear in that Collection.
Any Condition tells the system that any of the Conditions you set will trigger the product(s) to appear in that Collection.
6. You also have the option to Customize Menu Sequence by Price Range or Alphabetical Order.
Note: You are limited to 100 Collections at any one time, but we recommend having 8 Collections for easier navigation of your menu.
Logo & Banner Editing
Place your logo and your own advertisement banner image(s) on the front page of your online store!
1. At your BackOffice, under Webstore, look for Webstore Appearance. Click on the Logo & Banner tab.
2. You could add a Favicon can also be added in PNG, ICO or GIF format (image size should be 32px x 32px).
3. At the Upload Logo section is where you can add an image of your business logo. The logo will appear on the top right of the Webstore site.
4. You could upload 4 banners at the Banners section image and assign them to a specific collection.
5. Hit Save.
Themes
If you would like to change your Online Store’s colour theme to match your business' colors.
1. At your BackOffice, under Webstore, look for Webstore Appearance. Click on the Theme Tab.
2. Drag the sliders to change colours or input a HEX code if know one.
3. Click Save once you are done editing.
