How to set up your delivery zones and pricing.

Webstore logistic arrangement is not covered by StoreHub.
Add or Edit Delivery Zones
1. At your BackOffice, click the Online Orders
2. Click Webstore, then select Webstore Setup
2. On the Delivery tab, click + Add Delivery Zone if you do not have any existing Delivery Zones or you could click on Edit if you have an existing Delivery Zone.
3. Fill in the fields for your delivery information.
a. Delivery Zone Name: The title can be based on your coverage area for delivery.
b. Shipping Estimate: State your Shipping Period
c. State/Province: Select the States within your delivery coverage area.
d. Rate Amount: Indicate your shipping charges.
Note: In the event of varying delivery charges based on the state, it will be necessary to create an additional Delivery Zone.
Example: If you have special pricing for Kuala Lumpur and Selangor only, select these 2 states. Then, at the Postcode/City dropdown, select All Postcodes if you can ship to all postcodes within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
e. Enable Free Shipping for orders equal to or exceeding a specified amount. This feature allows customers to qualify for free shipping when their purchase reaches a certain threshold.
f. Delivery Type: Select By postcode (Online Store Only).
g. Postcode/City: Postcodes will be automatically selected based on the State/Province chosen.
Note:
Your customers will see the amount that will be charged and the delivery timeline after keying in the postcode.
4. Click on Save or Save and Create Another if you would like to make more Delivery Zones.
International Delivery
If you'd like to set International Delivery Zones:
1. Change Delivery Type to By Country (Online Store only)
2. At the Country section, select all the Countries that are within your Delivery Zone.
