Webstore: Guide to Add Store Contact

How to add contact information, map location, and facebook chat to your online store.

Store Contact

1. At your BackOffice, click on Webstore title page and select Webstore Setup.

2. Click on Contact Detail tab and key in details under this section.

Adding a Map Location of Your Address

Here are the detailed steps on how to do so:

1. Go to https://www.google.com/maps and search for your exact store location.

2. Click the Share icon.

3. Click Embed a Map.

4. Click Copy HTML.

5. Go to Webstore title page and select Webstore Setup.

6. Choose or Create Web Page (e.g. you can name it "Our Location").

7. Click Code View and Paste the HTML in the black-coloured section and then click Save & Publish!



Contact Information

I. Social Media Username/Handle

1. At your BackOffice, click on Webstore title page and select Webstore Setup.

2. Click on Contact Detail tab and key in details under this section.


3. If your business has an online presence on social media sites, scroll down to Contact via Social Media section and you can add your Twitter, WhatsApp, Facebook, Line, Viber and YouTube username/handle in the respective fields.

2. These social media usernames/handles will display at the footer (at the bottom) of your Online Store page:

II. Facebook Chat Integration

Your customers can chat with you when browsing your Online Store and you can manage the conversations from your Facebook page account.

Here's how to enable the integration:

1. At your BackOffice, click on Webstore title page and select Webstore Setup.

2. Click on Contact Detail tab and key in details under this section.

3. Scroll down to the Facebook section and toggle it on.
