A guide for you to set up promotions and apply the promotions to a specific group of customers.
Important Note
Customer Eligibility settings only applies to Take Percentage Off & Take Amount Off promotion types.
Customer Eligibility
1. In your BackOffice, create a new Take Percentage Off / Take Amount Off promotions. Refer to these articles to learn more on each type of promotions.
2. Promotions can only be activated via promo code on QR Order and Pay, Beep Delivery & Online Store. Please make sure you set a promo code for this promotion.
3. Under Customer Eligibility section, tick Specific groups of customer and select type of customers can enjoy the promo.

4. Click Save to complete the settings.
FAQ
1. How do I run the promotion to new customers who have not shopped in my Beep Delivery Site?
To run a promotion for this group of customers, you should select First time customers on Beep under Customer Eligibility section.
2. How do I run the promotion on existing customers who have shopped in my physical store but not on Beep or Online Store yet?
To run a promotion for this group of customers, you should select either First time customers on Beep or First time customers on Online Store under Customer Eligibility section.
3. How do I run the promotion for my VIP customers?
To run a promotion for your VIP customers, you should create customer tags under the VIP Customers profile first (Example: Name the Tag as VIP).
Under Customer Eligibility section, select specific groups of customer. Then select the VIP tag.
