How to Add a Customer Information in BackOffice

1. In the BackOffice, go to Customers and click Add Customer.

2. Fill in the customer’s details.

Notes:

  • Country code is displayed for mobile numbers by default; Mobile number must be saved in correct format

  • Tax ID option are only applicable for Thailand

3. Click Save and you're done!


How to Add Tags to a Customer

1. Go to your BackOffice, select Customers and click on the customer’s name.

2. To edit information, click Edit.

3. Scroll down to the Tags section to add tags to this particular customer.

4. Click Save when you are done.


How to View Customers With the Same Tags

You may want to view all customers with the same tags. You can do that by searching your customer database using the filters.

1. At your BackOffice, go to Customers. On the customer's page, scroll left to view the Tags section

2. Type in the group of tags to group your customers and click Search

3. You will now see customers with the same tags

4. There you go! You can also send messages via SMS to your customer base from the BackOffice

Yes. You can either use BackOffice OR StoreHub app on your register to add or edit your customers' information.

2. Can I delete customers from the customer list?

Yes, but only from BackOffice.

1. Go to BackOffice, click Customers

2. Select any customer and Click on the Edit tab

3. Scroll down and you will find the Delete button on your bottom right side.

3. Can I view customers' purchase histories?

Yes, you can view your customers' purchase histories from both your register and BackOffice account.

Just click on the customers' names and it will show their purchase histories.
