Stock Management: How to Receive Transferred Stock

How to receive stock in your BackOffice once it has been transferred from another store, and how to cancel a stock transfer order.

How to Receive Stock

1. In your BackOffice, go to Stock Management and click Stock Transfer.

2. Click on the preferred ID of the stock transfer that has been received.

3. Click Mark Received and you’re done.

For Serialized Products

For serialized products, you can view the serial numbers by clicking on View in the Serial No. column.


How to Print / Email / Cancel a Stock Transfer Order

1. In your BackOffice, go to Stock Management and click Stock Transfer.

2. Click on the preferred ID of the stock transfer that has been received.


3. Click Actions button on the top right side. You may choose an option; either Print Order, Email Order or Cancel Order.

Note: The Cancel Order option cannot be chosen if the order has already been shipped.
