Product Set Up: How to Set Up Products with Variant

What are Variants?

Items that have single-selection options.

Variant provides the capability to effectively monitor all the associated variants linked to the Main Product.

Example: If you are selling a shirt with different colours as a variant, you can effortlessly track the stock availability of each colour variant of a shirt across multiple stores.


Setting Up Product with Variants

1. In your BackOffice, click on Products, which will bring you to your list of products.

2. If you'd like to create a new product, click on Add Product button on the top right of your display.

3. On the Product page, key in the Product Name, Pricing, and all the necessary details.

4. Scroll down to Inventory & Variants section; enable Track Stock Level and Has Variants.

5. Under Variants, click on Add Group.

6. Name your group of Variants.

7. Hit Save to create your product.

8. Upon clicking the Save button, the variants will be presented at the bottom of the product page, allowing you to input the quantity for each variant in every store.
