Learn how to finish adding details for your products in Sellercraft and how to put them on your online stores.

Updated over 9 months ago

What You Will Learn In This Guide

  • How to find products from StoreHub in Sellercraft's 'Drafts' area.

  • Steps to finish and change product information (like name, category, details, pictures, and different types like size or colour) for each of your online stores in Sellercraft.

  • How to make these ready products appear on your actual online stores using Sellercraft.

  • How to tell the difference in Sellercraft between products that just came from StoreHub and products already set up for your online stores.

Important Notes

  • Make sure you have already created your products in your StoreHub BackOffice. They also need to be sent to Sellercraft. You must create products in StoreHub before doing these steps.

  • Make sure each product has its own special code (this is called an SKU). This helps you track your products easily and correctly. If your products have different types (like sizes or colours), each type must have its own different SKU in Sellercraft. It's also a good idea for SKUs in StoreHub to be unique.

  • Products sent from StoreHub will first show up in the Draft tab. You can find this in the Product Listings part of Sellercraft.

  • In Sellercraft, products that just came from StoreHub often have a camera logo as their picture. Products already set up for online stores usually show real product pictures.

How to Finish and Publish Products in Sellercraft

Follow these steps after your products created in StoreHub have synced to Sellercraft:

Step 1: Go to Draft Products in Sellercraft

1. In your Sellercraft account, go to the Product Listings section.

2. Click the Draft tab. Here, you'll see all products from StoreHub that are not yet for sale on your online stores.

Note:

You will see a list of your products. It will show details like different product types (if any), price, how much stock you have, and if it's published online.

Step 2: Add or Change Product Details for Each Online Store

1. From the draft list, click on a product to open its Edit Product page.

On the left side of this page, you will see small pictures (icons) for your online stores (for example, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).

2. Click the icon for each online store to add or change the product information specifically for that store.

Column/Field

To-do:

Basic Information

  • Product Name: Check and change the product name if you need to. Make sure it follows the rules for that online store (for example, some stores have a limit on how long the name can be, like "20/120" characters).

  • Category: Check or change the category. Click Edit Category to choose the right category for your product on that specific online store. This is important, so customers can find it easily.

  • Description: Write a good description for your product. This helps people decide to buy it.

Attributes

  • Product Details: Add important details like Brand or if Cash On Delivery (COD) is allowed. Add any other information needed for the product and that online store. The system might tell you if there are any "Missing fields" you need to fill in.

Media

  • Pictures & Videos: Add or change product pictures and videos in the Media section. Good pictures help sell your products!

Variations

  • Different Types (e.g., Size, Colour): If your product comes in different types (like Small, Medium, or Red, Blue), carefully check and change their details. You usually find these in a Variations tab, then edit them in the main part of the page.

    • For each type: Make sure the Retail price, Selling price, and Stock available (how many you have to sell) are correct.

    • Each product type and its SKU (special code, like "TSHIRT-RED-S") must be different from others. You also need to enter the stock amount for each type separately.

Note:

At the top of the product editing page, you might also see options like Allocate Stock or Manage Prices. You can use these to make more changes for all your online stores at once.

Step 3: Publish Products to Your Online Stores

1. Once you have added and checked all the information for a product for one online store (like Shopee), click the Publish button.

This action will send the finished product information from Sellercraft to your online store, making it live for customers to see.

2. Repeat these steps again for all other products in your draft list that you want to sell on your online stores.
