Your customers may also perform self-cancellation (before a rider is found); which will be proceeded with prompt SMS notification and a full refund.
How Auto-Cancellation Works
A normal Beep order flow would take up to 30 minutes in finding a rider for the order.
However, if after more than 30 minutes the rider is still not found then the order will automatically cancel; which will automatically generate an SMS to your customers along with a full refund.
Here is what the SMS will say:
Sorry! We can't find a rider for your order now due to the high volume. RM #{amount} has been fully refunded to you.
StoreHub will only step in to proceed with finding a rider if the previously assigned rider was cancelled.
