How to customise your Beep profile picture, store name, and which promotions you would like to feature.
Important Note
Ensure you have enabled your Online Store.
Beep Profile Picture
1. At your BackOffice, click on Online Orders, then click on Beep Delivery.
2. On the General tab, scroll down to add Store Logo and Beep Profile Picture.
You may Upload a new image or Use existing product image.
And you will see your logo here:
3. Scroll down and you will notice Beep Business Profile, click on Edit on the side to put in your Brand Name.
Note: Existing Product image is best used with your Feature Product at your BackOffice.
Feature Promotions
1. Scroll to Feature Promotions.
2. At Feature Promotions, select which promotions you would like displayed in your Beep store.
If you have multiple promotions that are eligible for Beep, select the ones you would like to feature or select the Select all option to feature all of them.
Note:
If you don't have any promotions on Beep and would like to have one, you can click on Or create a new promotion. For a detailed guide on creating promotions, click here.
3. Hit the Save button to save the configurations.
Once your promotion is live, customers can easily add it to their order.
When they tap Add a promo code/voucher, they'll see a list of available vouchers to choose from.
Each voucher clearly displays its validity period, any minimum spend requirements, and a View Details option for more information.
By tapping View Details, customers can see exactly what they need to do to use the voucher.
Once they're ready to use a voucher, they just need to tap Apply Now, and the discount will be added to their order instantly.
