Viewing Your Membership Insights
How to Access the Report View
From your StoreHub BackOffice, click on Membership in the sidebar menu.
For merchants who activated Cashback before Membership, a link to the old Cashback Report will appear at the top of the Membership Insights page.
Membership Insights Overview
The Membership Insights Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your membership program's performance, including key metrics such as total and active members, new member growth, and member transaction and sales percentages. It also highlights the average lifetime value of members versus non-members, tracks unredeemed balances like floating points and cashback, and features a detailed table of your top 5 spenders, showcasing their total spend, transactions, rewards activity, and last purchase date.
Metrics displayed:
Total Members: Total count of members.
Active Members: Members who made at least one transaction in the last 30 days.
Today’s New Members: Members who joined today.
New Members in the Last 30 Days: Members who joined in the last 30 days.
% of Member Transactions: Percentage of all transactions made by members.
% of Member Sales: Percentage of total sales from member transactions.
Average Lifetime Value of Members: Average total spend of members.
Average Lifetime Value of Non-Members: Average total spend of non-members.
Floating Points and Floating Cashback: Unredeemed and unexpired balances.

View All Members redirects to the Customers section in your BackOffice, sorted by Total Spent in descending order.

Merchants can select a date range up to 6 months ago, restricted by the program’s first go-live date.
Metrics displayed:
“New Member Reward” Issued and Redeemed
“New Member Reward” Redemption Rate: Percentage of issued rewards that were redeemed.
Total Cashback Issued and Redeemed.
Cashback Redemption Rate: Redeemed Cashback / Issued Cashback x 100%
Total Points Issued and Redeemed.
Points Redemption Rate: Redeemed Points / Issued Points x 100%

Customizable Views
Date Range Selector: Maximum of 6 months.
View By: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly intervals.
Store Selector: Choose single or multiple stores, or view All Stores.

Understanding Your Member Registration Methods
The "Member Registration Method" chart helps you see which signup methods are the most popular with your customers. StoreHub tracks this for you automatically.
When a customer joins, the system records:
The Signup Method:
This shows the exact way a member joined (e.g., by scanning a QR code at your counter). This is sometimes called the 'Entry Point Source' in reports.
The Device Used:
This identifies if the customer uses a web browser on their phone, the Beep app, or an e-wallet app like Touch 'n Go.
Note:
For some signup methods, like when you import a list of members from a file, the source cannot be tracked. In these cases, the registration method may be listed as 'Unknown' in the chart.
Data Generation and Update Schedule
Data Generation: 2:00 AM (Beijing time).
Report Updates:
Thai merchants: 1:00 AM (GMT+7).
Malaysia/Philippines merchants: 2:00 AM (GMT+8).
Example:
If the current time is November 10th, 3:00 AM (GMT+8), the report includes data up to November 10th.
If the current time is November 11th, 1:00 AM (GMT+8), the report includes data up to November 10th.
