  • Customers membership points or tier progress will be updated by midnight.


Customer Joins Membership Program

Here is what it looks like when a customer joins your Membership program.

1. Customer clicks on Join Now

2. Enter phone number and tap on Continue.

3. Key in OTP number.

4. Customer joins Membership Program.

Membership App Functions

Spend Points for Rewards

1. In the Get Rewards section, tap on the available rewards ticket.

2. A pop-up will appear to confirm the action. Once confirmed, points will be deducted.

3. Tap on Okay.

4. The reward will be saved under the Rewards section. You'll be able to see the full reward list.

View Unredeemed Rewards

Customers can view the full list of unredeemed rewards by tapping View All and plan how many points they need to accumulate to redeem a reward.

Tap on a reward.

You can review the reward details, and if all criteria are met, customers can tap 'Get Reward' to redeem it.


On POS Register

Once your customer scans the QR code on the display or you manually add them to the order, you will see the customer added, with their tier level displayed next to their name.

1. To add a promotion to the order, tap on Select Promo.

2. Select the promotion that is eligible for the purchase.

3. Once the promotion is attached to the order, complete the transaction.
