Steps to migrate to the new iOS StoreHub App

1. For a seamless transition, please download the New StoreHub POS app via the Apple App Store first

2. Then, go to your Old StoreHub POS App, tap the Find Out How to Migrate button

3. This will bring you to the migration guide that will ensure you're ready to migrate to the New StoreHub POS app.

4. Tap the Migrate Now button to start the guide

5. After ensuring your printer models are supported by the new POS app, tap Next

6. The system will check if you have unpaid orders - if yes, you will have to complete them first. If there are no more open orders, the guide will proceed to the next step.

7. You are now on Step 3 - the system is checking if your shift is closed; if it hasn't been closed, you will be prompted to do so, and then you will need to restart the migration process (which begins from step 2 above)

8. Once your shift is closed, Step 4 will begin - your data is being saved to be moved over to the New StoreHub POS app

9. Since you've already downloaded the New StoreHub POS app, you can tap Start Migration to begin the transferring process.

10. By now, the new app will automatically launch

11. Wait for the migration to be completed, then log into your New StoreHub POS app

12. You have now successfully migrated from the Old StoreHub POS to the new one
