  • Make sure to update your StoreHub POS app to the latest version

  • Please purchase a compatible webcam via the links below:

BackOffice Settings

To use this feature, please enable the following settings in your BackOffice.

1. Go to Settings and look for Stores.

2. Click on the Cashier Access Control tab, scroll down to the Security section; and toggle on Face Capture.

3. Click Save

Android POS View

1. Before starting, please plug your webcam into your POS system via any available USB port.

2. Upon launching the StoreHub POS app, you will see a prompt that tells you how to use the feature. To proceed, tap on the "OK" button.

3. You will then see a pop-up, prompting you to allow the app access to your device’s camera; tap on "ALLOW".

4. Your employee will be required to enter their 4-digit PIN (the same PIN they use to clock in on the POS).

Note: If there is an issue with your camera, your employees will still have the ability to Clock In/Out by taping on Skip Face Capture

5. After entering the correct PIN, the application will guide your employee to the camera interface to capture a snapshot of the employee.

6. Tap "Take Snapshot and Clock In/Out" to perform the face capture; the employee will then be successfully logged in.
