How to add ordered items onto your POS register, choose item variants or key in special notes into orders, apply full-bill and itemised discount and complete a transaction/sale.
Important Notes
Before performing transactions, you will need to complete the following steps first:
Perform a Transaction
1. Sign in to the StoreHub app using your unique 4-digit PIN.
2. Tap the Open Shift button if the shift has not started.
3. On the POS Register screen, tap on a product to add it to the checkout list.
4. To switch categories, swipe left or right on the register screen, or tap the category name at the bottom of the register screen.
5. For items with variants, select the options available after tapping on an item.
6. You can edit the quantity or Add Notes to the order.
Note: You can still change the quantity of any product or add more notes to an order when you tap the item in the checkout list on the right of your display.
7. Itemised discounts or full-bill discounts can also be applied upon checkout. Refer to this article for more details.
8. To complete a sale, tap on the full amount at the bottom of the checkout list or Charge, depending on which you see:
Cash transactions | Tap on the cash button to enter the tendered amount. Tap on Exact if the customer has paid the exact amount or any of the amount stated on the buttons below. |
Other Payment Options | Tap Credit Card, Debit Card or Others to see more payment options. |
9. Choose to either print or e-mail the receipt to your customers.

1) How do I set a pin on my register?
1. In your BackOffice, go to Employees, select Manage Employees.
2. Select an employee (yourself or your employee), and you will see your pin here.
2) How do I allow several payment options for my business?
1. In your BackOffice, go to Settings, click on Payment Options.
2. Click Add Payment Options then add the payment options you want and click Save.

1. When at the checkout screen on your POS register, tap on the total amount in orange.
2. Navigate to the top right of your display and tap on Split Bill, then enter the amount you would like to split from the total bill.
