Important Notes
The POS register must be connected to this feature requires internet access.
More than one employee can be clocked in, but only one employee can be signed in at one time.
How to Clock In
1. Ensure employee has been added in the BackOffice. Refer to this article for more details.
2. A unique 4-digit Employee PIN will be generated for each employee.
3. On the POS Register, tap Clock In/Out if you've not logged in and are prompted to enter your 4-digit PIN.
4. Enter your 4-digit PIN to record your attendance; a popup will let you know you've clocked in.
How to Clock Out
1. To clock out, first Sign Out of the register.
2. Enter your unique 4-digit PIN again. A popup will let you know you've clocked out.

1) What is the difference between clocking in/out and opening/closing shifts?
Clocking in/out tracks the time at which an employee begins work, and this tracks their working hours.
Opening/closing shifts generate shift reports that track transactions including sales figures, refunds, and cancelled orders.
You may also track your employee timesheet via BackOffice.
