How to reprint Kitchen Dockets for Open Orders
1. On your POS, tap the Open Orders shortcut: or tap the three-dot menu on the top right of your POS, then tap Open orders
2. Then select an Open Order
3. Then tap the three-dot menu button again when you're in the order
4. Select Send to Kitchen to reprint kitchen dockets for that order
Notes:
Currently, Beep QR orders do not support this feature
If the cashier or customer is editing the order, the Send to Kitchen option will be unavailable. Only when the edits have been saved will Send to Kitchen be enabled again.
